14 July 2008 - Challenging the legality of excluding the public from the Gunnersbury Park Regeneration Board:
Meetings now on the future of Gunnersbury Park and its regeneration are now in secret and exclude the public.
This practice has been challenged and legal counsel, who are duty bound to respond within a certain time period (id est no later than 20 working days after receiving the request)
due to the Freedom of Information Act. This has not been forth coming perhaps it is due to the park having a visit from the CEO for English Heritage, who is likely to only offer help
if the Covenant is disbanded..... ?
